After-dark walk on Parador's trails looking for red-eyed frogs, sloths and owls

National parks and wildlifeGuided by QVA
Ninety minutes on Parador's own trails with a naturalist and a spotting scope
Quepos Verde Aventura
A guided walk through the secondary forest on Parador's grounds. Toucans, three monkey species and sloths are regular sightings.
A 90-minute guided walk on Parador's own jungle trails, led by a certified professional guide. The trails run through secondary forest, and a lot lives in it.
Toucans, parrots and macaws are regulars, and so are our three resident monkey species: squirrel, white-faced and howler monkeys. Look for two-toed and three-toed sloths, iguanas and other local animals. With luck you may see a Caucel, a wildcat of the puma family, moving through the shadows.
A fairly easy walk, but participants should be in reasonable physical condition.

Cancellation by Quepos Verde Aventura: every tour depends on weather, water and ground conditions being compatible with participants' safety, and any tour may be canceled at any time if Quepos Verde Aventura staff consider safety to be at risk. In that case the tour is refunded or rescheduled, unless more than 50% of the tour time had already passed when Quepos Verde Aventura canceled it. Cancellation by the guest: a booked tour may be canceled more than 24 hours before it starts. No refund or compensation is given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour.
